  • When can I PREVIEW????: We are open for Preview the week of the Auction  from 8:30-5:00 daily

 

  • When can I PICK-UP my items?: We are open for pick-up immediately following each auction and Monday-Friday for 2 weeks following the auction 8:30-5 daily. ***Please note- we are NOT open on Saturday other than auction day. All items must be picked up within 2 weeks of the auction OR shipping arrangements made & communicated to us within 2 weeks- see Terms & Conditions on line for more info.

 

  • How do I bid?: Friday & Saturday will happen here at Bright Star Antiques Co.- the BEST & most fun way is to come and bid IN-HOUSE--but...if you can't be here we also have PHONE- ABSENTEE- or ONLINE bidding available for these sessions (call us with questions for phone & absentee bidding- we will need you to email, fax, or come in person to place those bids) ***Remember online bidding is great & convenient if you can't be here- but this auction moves FAST & any lags in your internet speed etc. may affect your bidding

 

  • What about shipping???: We DO NOT pack or ship...but we know people who do & we are happy to put you in touch with them! Just call or email us or check out the info on our website. Are your items something that UPS/FedEx/USPS can handle? We have a local UPS store that will pick up your items from us and contact you for payment of packing & shipping too!
